Return to Self: A Nervous System Reset Retreat

About the Retreat

This two-night retreat is located at the Blue Mountain Retreat Center, a welcoming 27-acre property situated in the hills just outside Harper’s Ferry, WV, and 65 miles from Washington DC. It is a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through movement, nature, and therapeutic practices designed to help you truly reset.

This isn’t a typical wellness retreat. It’s a thoughtfully designed, hybrid experience that blends:

  • Nervous system healing

  • Embodied movement

  • Nature immersion

  • Add-on therapeutic sessions for deeper exploration and release

To help you feel:

  • Guided, but never overwhelmed

  • Supported, but always free to choose your own pace

A Distinct Adventure

Most retreats are either highly structured or completely unstructured. This one strikes a balance between the two:

  • Flexible by design – choose what calls to you

  • Therapeutically grounded – rooted in nervous system work

  • Deeply restorative – with intentional downtime built in

  • Connection without pressure – community when you want it, space when you need it
