In a fast-paced, often chaotic world, many of us disconnect from our bodies to survive, cope, and keep moving forward. While this can be adaptive, too much of this strategy can leave us feeling numb, stuck, or disconnected. This workshop offers a supportive group space to cultivate safety and connection, build capacity to stay present, and gently turn toward discomfort without getting overwhelmed.
